Shipping and delivery:

Our shipping is currently limited to countries within Europe. We are working on expanding this. For up-to-date information, regularly visit our FAQ page. There you will find updates about shipping options and delivery options.

KCSR ensures safe and fast deliveries. We work with reliable shipping partners such as DHL to ensure smooth delivery. Once shipped, your order will be delivered to the address provided.

Within Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50, otherwise €4.99. Delivery time approx. 3-5 working days via DHL.

Outside Europe: Shipping costs €19.95, delivery time 2-8 working days.

For specific requests, contact our customer service.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking number to track the delivery status online.

If you are not present during the delivery, the courier will leave a notification. In such a case, you have the option of picking up the package at your local DHL office or arranging an alternative delivery. You can find more information about this on this website: DHL second delivery

Returns and exchanges:

At KCSR, your satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to return an item, follow these steps:

2. Enter your order number and email address to start the returns process.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain the return label and prepare the return.

4. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or appropriate packaging.

5. Attach the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible.

6. Drop off the package at a Deutsche Post branch or a DHL parcel shop.

7. After receiving your return, we will check it and initiate the refund process.

Please note that you are entitled to make a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Make sure to complete the return within this deadline.

You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving a reason.

As soon as we have received the return, we will immediately start processing the return shipment. Processing usually takes a few working days. Thank you for your understanding.

If you return the goods, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you require a different size or product, we encourage you to place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns are free and there are no return and refund fees.

We accept different payment methods. During the ordering process you will be shown the exact payment methods accepted. You can choose a payment method that suits you and conveniently complete your order.

Yes, after completing your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant information about your order.

No, there is no minimum order value. You are welcome to place an order, regardless of the order value.

Sizes and fit:

All sizes are EU sizes. For example, if you see the size "42", it is the equivalent EU size. To find the right size for your sneakers, we recommend that you refer to the size information for each product. On our website you can find the size information for each sneaker model directly on the product page. Please refer to this information and compare it to your own shoe size to choose the right size. If you have any other questions about sizing, please feel free to contact us.

If the size you ordered does not fit, you have two options: You can return the goods according to our returns policy and request a refund. Alternatively, there is an option to cancel the order before it is shipped.

The abbreviation “(WOMEN)” stands for the English word “Womens”, which means “ladies” in German. It is often used on sneakers to indicate that they are designed or customized for women.
